Hello! I am Nurin Adlina.
Welcome to my portfolio, a compilation of the works and projects I’ve been part of so far. As you explore, you’ll notice my passion lies in both events and production. My journey began back in secondary school, where I started with simple graphic design tasks like school posters and social media posts. Over time, my skills further develop and I became more interested in designing and creating items or props from scratch. Eventually, I moved on to be more involved in the management aspects of things.
One of the most pivotal moments in my journey was my internship at Pico Arts International, where I had the opportunity to be part of various events and gain hands-on experience in the industry. These experiences have helped me grow not only professionally but also personally, allowing me to explore and better understand the diverse landscapes within the creative and events industries.
I have always been one to enjoy theatre - be it ballet, musical, monologues, local or even international theatres; I have always loved theatre as an audience member. Being part of Arts & Theatre Management , I came to appreciate not only the show but the process of how the show came about and the crew working tirelessly behind the stage. I get to appreciate all the designs being done with perspective as I those designs are something that I had been thought and learned from.
As an Arts & Theatre Management student, I have always loved travelling overseas . I get to explore and learn the different art culture and livelihood of the countries I visited, as it allows me to expand my horizons and gain perspective. This then allow me to relate back to what I have observed and learned about Singapore's own art culture.
